Former German minister sees Hungary trigger for change of regime
Whereas the former East German opposition looked to Poland as an example of regime-change, Hungary was the trigger, Markus Meckel, East Germany's last foreign minister, told a forum organised by the National Remembrance Committee on Thursday.
