Govt plans legal response to MOL-INA case
The Hungarian government has instructed the justice minister and top officials of the Hungarian National Asset Manager, which manages the ownership rights of state-owned shares in oil and gas company MOL, to assess the possible legal steps, in civil law and criminal law, that could be taken to address accusations against Hungary and MOL in connection with a MOL-INA case.
