Ombudsman not to turn to Constitution Court over tobacco tender
Ombudsman Mate Szabo said he would not turn to the Constitutional Court over the national tender, under which new state concessions had been granted to tobacconists earlier this year, even if the selection of successful bidders violated the right to fair treatment.
