Constitutional amendment - Critics arrive just before vote, says Orban
Critical remarks about the planned amendments to the Constitution started to arrive from abroad only a few days before the vote, Prime Minister Viktor Orban told a press conference before a two-day EU summit in Brussels on Thursday.
