Obstacles to IMF/EU talks "essentially" removed, says Orban
The obstacles to Hungary starting official talks with the International Monetary Fund have been "essentially removed", Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Tuesday, after meeting European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso.
