University faulted for President doctoral thesis assessment
The Sports University's assessment of Hungarian President Pal Schmitt's doctoral thesis 20 years ago contained shortcomings while being in line with regulations at the time, an ad-hoc committee set up to investigate plagiarism charges said on Tuesday.
