Fact-finding cttee blames alumina plant, authorities for red sludge disaster
The red sludge spill that hit three West Hungarian localities in October 2010 can be attributed to the negligence of alumina factory Mal whose reservoir burst in the first place, and to the authorities in the second, the head of the parliamentary fact-finding committee told Parliament on Tuesday.
