Values-based foreign policy needed, says Martonyi
A foreign policy is needed which, from the start, matches interests with universal "absolute values" such as democracy, human rights and the rule of law, Foreign Minister Janos Martonyi said in an address to the Hungarian Foreign Policy Institute on Monday.
