Those who communicate with prisoners outside of visiting hours will be fined up to 100,000 forints
The Police have made it clear that the friends and family of people in prison cannot continue to disturb the peace in the neighbourhoods where the prisons are. Relatives meanwhile complain that the one-hour per month they are allowed to visit their relatives is far too little.
